The GFC is a concern for a lot of people, places, governments, and businesses. One Queensland town is less concerned now they have a plan though. People in the Sunshine Coast hinterland have decided to make their own local currency. Crazy? Maybe, but as The Wire found out the plan has worked in other countries and benefits the community.
